The macaroon is a fragile and sticky product with specific tolerance levels. We thoroughly understand the constraints relating to this product and conditions for its production (temperature, humidity, etc.) and we know how difficult it is to industrialize this process, especially in terms of dosing and sandwiching.

We offer a standard in-line capper with modules specially adapted to this product. For instance, given the wide range of flavours available, our systems can deposit a range of fillings, including butter cream, ganache, caramel, jam, fruit, etc.

Handling systems: we can manage your production flow from the exit of the oven to the feeding into packaging machines with cooling conveyors, buffer systems, transfer, product mix and loading into blisters. We can provide you with advice and assistance for all or part of your line.
